Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Warmhollow finds. If something isn't right, we'll

fix it.

**30-day returns:** You can return any unused item in its original condition

within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

**Damaged or wrong items:** If your item arrives damaged, defective, or

incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your support email]

with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you —

your choice, no need to return the item.

**How to start a return:** Email [your support email] with your order number

and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with

instructions.

**Refunds:** Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to

your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

**Non-returnable:** For hygiene reasons, [list any exceptions, e.g. none —
